Data and sources
What this site publishes, where it comes from, how fresh it is, and what it deliberately does not claim.
Current snapshot
Upstream sources
The site holds no game data of its own. Everything displayed is fetched from official distributions and served as published.
Data Dragon (Riot Games)
The primary source: Riot's official static data export, released for every patch. It provides champions, items, runes, summoner spells, their localized text and their images.
Community Dragon
Used for one thing only: the chroma variants of champion skins, which Data Dragon flags but never describes. Chroma colour labels shown here are derived from the actual image hue, not from Riot product names.
How fresh it is
New patches are picked up from Riot's version list as soon as they appear, usually within hours of a game patch going live. Previous patches are kept and stay browsable, so nothing disappears when a new one lands.
What is covered
For each patch and each language, the site publishes:
- Champions — abilities, base statistics and per-level growth, roles, resource type, skins and chromas, lore.
- Items — gold cost, combine path, sell value, statistics, categories and map availability.
- Rune paths — every slot, keystone and minor rune with its effect text.
- Summoner spells — cooldown, range, unlock level and game modes.
Known limits
This site reports what the game files contain. It does not compute win rates, pick rates or tier lists, and it holds no match history: those derive from live play data, which Data Dragon does not provide. Ability tooltips whose placeholders Riot leaves unresolved are shown as shipped rather than guessed at.
Reusing the data
The game data belongs to Riot Games and stays subject to its terms. The site's own additions — consultation trends, public profiles and shared builds — are available through a documented JSON API.
